Tave Kosi


 Perberesit:

  • 1 shishe Kos (1 liter)
  • 400 gr mish qingji
  • 100 gr gjalpe
  • 2 luge miell
  • 1 luge gjelle oriz
  • 3 kokra veze

         Pergatitja :


  1.    Ne nje tenxhere hedhim pak nga gjalpi dhe skuqim mishin duke hedhur dhe pak kripe
  2.   Hedhim pak uje dhe e leme te zieje mishin per 15 min, hedhim dhe nje luge oriz 
  3.  Ne nje tigan hedhim pjesen tjeter te gjalpit dhe miellin e skuqim sa te mare ngjyre te verdhe
  4.  Miellin e skuqur e hedhim ne nje tave, vendosim mishin se bashku me lengun e mbetur dhe orizin
  5. Hedhim kosin dhe siper vezet te cilat i rahim pak qe te perzihen dhe te krijojne nje shtrese ne pjesen e siperme te taves.
  6. E futim ne furen e nxehur me pare ne 200 grade dhe e pjekim per 40 min sa te krijoje nje shtrese te skuqur siper.
          Ju befte mire.
